“For some children with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), a gluten-free, casein-free diet leads to improvements in behavior and physiological symptoms, according to researchers at Penn State. This [is] the first study to draw on survey data from parents recording the use of a gluten-free, casein-free diet on children diagnosed with ASD.”
